GTA VI · measurement protocol

Observe first. Repeat second. Advise only after that.

The first days will be full of fast conclusions. Money Meta will log version, platform, starting conditions and repeated attempts so one-off discoveries do not masquerade as stable mechanics.

The central boundary

Publishing speed is not more important than observation quality.

We will not call something the best money route after one lucky attempt. Early material will show conditions, spread and confidence.

Time plan

Four phases from dossier to the first durable conclusions.

  1. 01

    Before release

Goal. Record only official facts and a ledger of open questions.

Output. A versioned dossier with a check date on every claim

  2. 02

    System map

Goal. Identify currencies, expenses, saves, protagonists and early constraints.

Output. A mechanics glossary without premature recommendations

  3. 03

    Repeatable loops

Goal. Repeat available money loops three times and record the full cycle.

Output. Ranges for payout, time and risk

  4. 04

    Capital decisions

Goal. Test purchases that change access, speed and reliability.

Output. First testable routes with confidence boundaries

Metric registry

Nine measures instead of one loud hourly-income number.

Every record includes platform, game version, starting conditions and at least three attempts whenever the mechanic can be repeated.

9 measures
CASH-01

Net payout

Money received minus required costs.

TIME-01

Active time

Minutes during which the player is occupied by the loop.

TIME-02

Travel and waiting

Time outside the core task that is required for the outcome.

RISK-01

Failure cost

Cash, items and time lost after failure.

CAP-01

Access cost

Capital required before the first loop can run.

CAP-02

Payback horizon

How many successful loops recover the investment.

UTIL-01

Capability unlocked

New missions, areas, actions or time savings.

REL-01

Repeatability

How stable the outcome remains across three attempts.

CONF-01

Confidence level

Observation, repeated test or confirmed rule.

Publishing rules

When an observation becomes a recommendation.

01

Preserve starting conditions

Balance, story stage, protagonist, difficulty, vehicle and available upgrades are logged before the attempt.

02

Repeat the measurement

A single outcome remains an observation. A range needs repeated attempts under matched conditions.

03

Show the spread

Minimum, median and maximum are more honest than one polished number when outcomes vary.

04

Version the conclusion

A patch or condition change does not rewrite history. It creates a new record version.

Future tools

What unlocks only when the data exists.

01

Starting-capital map

Compare cash, required spending and access after the first story stages.

Unlocks after data verification
02

Payout ledger

Record gross and net payout, time, risk and mission repeatability.

Unlocks after data verification
03

Major-purchase test

Show which capability a vehicle, property or other asset actually unlocks.

Unlocks after data verification
04

Ownership map

Separate story-owned property from purchasable and operable assets.

05

Protagonist money system

Test shared or separate balances and the decision cost of switching.

Continue the research

The dossier is connected, but every route answers a distinct question.

Facts and boundaries

Economy signals

What the official world reveals about businesses, robberies, smuggling and attention as capital.

Precedent, not prediction

Lessons from GTA Online

Which analytical lenses remain useful and which mechanics cannot be carried into the new game.
